We stayed in Nov'17. We had booked 5 rooms and on reaching hotel good service. Club Rooms are spacious & with all modern amenities. Breakfast is complimentary.However the menu is a bit repetitive. The staff is well trained & listened to our small needs as well. Overall, we had good experience at hotel & all our family members were satisfied. The taxi service number provided by hotel also was good & provided good cars on time.
Very good experience. ....... would visit again if visit Lucknow. Good maintenance and services. Very good infrastructure. Complimentary breakfast, quality food. The Receptionist was courteous and polite to us. But Car rental service not provided which doesn't make it a COMPLETE HOTEL for tourists.
As i went to this hotel twice because there service is good but the room service some what lazy we have to call them twice At last great hotel to visit And the food quality is also good/average And they provided complimentary wifi service also.
It was a nice stay, comfortable too and it's near by prime locations to visit. Would love to stay there again because it's affordable and the staff is very helpful. And would suggest others too stay there.
I stayed in this hotel for almost half a Month and it seriously been a great experience. The staff and service is good. The manager, Mr. Gyan Singh, particularly looked out for any issues i had and sorted them out personally. Location is Ok. Near to many places like hussainganj, hasratganj, charbaugh station, etc. Breakfast is good and they make great omlets. Rooms are cozy. All in all a good experience.

Best thing about the hotel is its location, close to the railway station, to interesting sights like Imambada, Residency, Dilkusha Kothi etc and to the shopping district of Hazratganj. The room was clean and reasonably spacious. Toilet not so clean. Complementary buffet breakfast with limited items. Coffee/tea maker in the room is useful. Free wi-fi, but did not work too well during my stay. Room service was quick. Lift can be a bit confusing. Staff friendly and agreed for late check-out.
