We stayed in Nov'17. We had booked 5 rooms and on reaching hotel good service. Club Rooms are spacious & with all modern amenities. Breakfast is complimentary.However the menu is a bit repetitive. The staff is well trained & listened to our small needs as well. Overall, we had good experience at hotel & all our family members were satisfied. The taxi service number provided by hotel also was good & provided good cars on time.

York Inn is located in a prime commercial area. just a few minutes from lucknow's main Charbagh railway terminal : its easy to reach With the upcoming metro, this area will have swift connection soon. but being a market hub , expecting peace, tranquility, silence here is not realistic. Connectivity is easy to all parts of the city and elaborate markets are just next door to fulfill shopping/ dining/ leisure/recreational needs.

despite the space constraints of the area, the hotel has fair sized foyers, elegant elevator, plush dining area and easy aesthetics

York Inn is a modern hotel where everything works. While this may be an understatement, as any traveler in India knows, this isn't the case with many properties in the same price range. It's best to request a room at the back of the property since it is located on a main road where traffic noise can be loud and annoying even at 3AM. The restaurant serves good food at reasonable prices.

The front desk is very courteous and very helpful. Rooms were very clean. We did not take the breakfast option available but otherwise very quite and peaceful place. It is on the main road but hardly any noise from outside. The staff is very helpful and polite. It is located at a very convenient place and most of the places are accessible.

I visited Lucknow for business trip in the month of May for a day. The hotel is quite close to the railway station. The actual building does not look that glamorous as the picture in the travel websites.The room was neat and had all the basic amenities. The major drawback that I found was the "breakfast spread" was very limited and the food that was served was not prepared well.

In short, nothing to shout about the hotel. It is an average budget hotel. Although I feel, it can actually become a good boutique business hotel if proper steps are taken.

This hotel is a comfortable place to stay for a short trip. Its affordable and located at a prominent location, very near to the places you would like to visit for sightseeing. The food from the restaurant is good. The basic amenities are all available. Although the flush in my attached washroom was not working when i reached, it was immediately repaired when informed. Only negative point is that outside food and drinks are not allowed.

Centrally located elegant business hotel. just located within 2km from Lucknow Railway Station, it is big nicely designed rooms.Very professional and courteous staff at the front desk. It has a multi-cuisine restaurant which has wide selection of food items. Recommend for business as well as leisure travel.

My room was quite spacious, clean and the WiFi worked well. The hotel is close to the railway stations and not that far from the major sights and shopping areas.

The staff were friendly and helpful and although the included breakfast looks as if it is only an Indian buffet or toast other items are available if you ask, I had a very reasonable masala omelette.

We had a conference in KGMU, So location wise the hotel was very good, food was also good. Actually everything went well. Room Service waa adequate. For a person new in city, like me, I expected less,, but enjoyed at York inn boutique hotel.

Value for money location is good facilities are good they serve a good breakfast which comes complimentary along with room rooms are spacious and clean in short worth the money location is well connected to other well known places

It was a good experience and the hotel is good in its segment. The facilities were good and the room was very clean and nicely maintained. The one issue was that the wifi was slow. If that can be improved it's a great place to stay in Lucknow.

We were 6 people in 2 rooms. The rooms were good, clean and well maintained. Proper service was provided including complimentary coffee and tea packets and time to time cleaning of the room. The food to the room was excellent! Cheap and good quantity.
